Important: This is a planning aid, not an immigration decision or legal advice. eTA is generally relevant to visa-exempt travellers arriving by air. For some visa-required countries, certain travellers may qualify for eTA only if they meet Canada’s additional eligibility conditions. Romania’s category also depends on passport type. The North Cyprus institution listed by IAMU is not mapped as a separate passport nationality; requirements depend on the travel document issued by a recognized state. Russian member institutions currently marked “suspension” in IAMU’s directory are excluded from this active-member map.
